Dont worry too much.
I just climbed it last month without do any exercise.
I am typical working ppl who didnt much exercise for a year.
Still manage to reach the top, although its the last one 🙂
Anyway, you might consider purchase a shoe in laban rata.
Its a black colour adidas. Cost around RM1x (12?).
The guide said it provide the best grip.
Trust me, it worth it.
