Just reach home around 9pm, first thing is switch on my monitor and visit paulooi.com, chech, have to advertise a bit ~

Then I found that i cant connect to internet, I’m surprise cause my latest payment is on March, now is just 5th of April and they’ve already suspended my line????
(FYI, I JUST MAKE THE PAYMENT TODAY AFTERNOON BY HONG LEONG ONLINE)

Without receiving any apologize as usual, they still asked me to clear my payment at the nearest branches bla bla bla~~

At the end, I step my footdown (cheh, I cleared my payment wor) and ask them to reactivate my line of cos!!

I thought you can wait up to a few months not paying until they suspend you?

ya, that’s the weird part!!Is only one month, I think is their system error, cos that day afternoon i try to check my bill online, my password wrong (the pass i used to type always)~

By the way, also check if they are charging you a reactivation fee or not?
